Bringing energy to the Hamptons

On July 15th, Countdown hosted an intimate gathering in the Hamptons — bringing together a small, remarkable community for an afternoon centered on mitochondrial health and the science of energy itself.

Guests heard from an incredible panel of scientists, physicians, and entrepreneurs, including members of our Scientific and Medical Advisory Board and Board of Directors, alongside a curated group of brands at the forefront of this work. It’s a rare thing to get this kind of community in one room, and we’re so grateful for the expertise and passion each panelist brought to the conversation.

There’s a certain energy that only happens in person. It’s in the small moments: trying the hydrogen machine from InhaleH₂, learning about the science of Urolithin A with Timeline, listening to Countdown Founder and President Mitzi Solomon share her personal story, and learning about the biomarkers research from the Founder and CEO of Minovia, Nathalie Yivgi-Ohana PhD, which Countdown funded. Experiences like these bring the research to life in a way a headline never quite can.

This won’t be the last time. We’re looking forward to creating more moments like this — spaces where science, innovation, and community have the opportunity to expand our energy.

In the meantime, we invite you to stay close to the conversation:

Join us on Instagram, where we’ll keep sharing the people and science behind Countdown.

Join Countdown Insiders, our membership community for those who want a front row seat with deeper access to the science, direct connection with the researchers and experts driving it forward, and exclusive content, including mitochondrial recipes, Q&A with scientists, special offers from brands at the forefront of cellular health, and more.
